Linkletter's best film; audacious and different. It had a beginning and an end, though one had to stay sharp to perceive it. Delirium, philosophy, anime, anarchy, violence, frustration, and oddly....hope. Whether Wiley was in a coma, or was dead, there was, and perhaps there is, a preparation time for ascent. Wiley did not respond to the cast of characters he observed, because he could not respond. He could only declare intent to respond, to rendevous, to wake up, but in the end, he could only accept and give in to what was pulling at the corners of his soul.
I gave this movie a rating of 4 stars.
